Time control: 1h 30 min. per player for first 40 moves + 15 min. per player untill the end game

+ 30 seconds bonus time for every perfomed move.

Prizes : Total prize found - 6000 LTL . 1 prize - 1500 LTL. and the Cup

II prize – 1200 , III prize – 1000 , IV prize – 800 ,V prize – 600 , VI prize – 400 LTL .

2201 – 2300 - 60 LTL. (1 EURO =3.45 LTL)
2101 – 2200 - 70 LTL.
2001 – 2100 - 80 LTL.
1600 – 2000 - 90 LTL.

Entry fee and registration procedures Saturday 18nd August, 2007 from 10.00 a.m to 02.00 p.m. at the playing hall in Chess Club in Panevezys (Laisves a. 25B)

Opening ceremony at 03.30 p.m. 1st round starts at 04.00 p.m.

ACCOMONDATION:The student dorm is 20 LTL. per night.

Participants which wish to take hotel please specify in the applications the number of

nights willing to stay.
