System: 10 women participants play 9 Round – robin tournament by FIDE regulations.
Time control: 90 minutes for the first 40 moves followed by 15 minutes for the rest of the game with an addition of 30 seconds per move starting from move one.Digital clocks Silver.
Tie - break: 1.Points ; 2.Berger ; 3. Direct encounter ; 4.Number of won games.

Awards: I – 1000 LTL., II – 600 LTL., III – 400 LTL.,
Prize fund may be more and finally will be publish before 3 round.

Participants : 3 WGM are personally invated for norm.
Entry fee: for WGM and player with ELO more 2250 – entry free
For players with ELO: 2200 – 2250 - 75 Euro.; 2100 – 2200 - 100 Euro.

Oficial Opening ceremony in “Babilonas” at 03.00 p.m. 1st round starts at 04.00 p.m.

Accommodation:The student dorm is 20 LTL. per night.
Participants which wish to take hotel prices from 50 to 220 LTL.please specify in the applications the number of nights willing to stay.WGM get free Hotel.
